It's been a while, but I am back,
I accidentally deleted some of the posts.... sorry.
Tonight I made profiteroles, aka Cream Puffs.
I suppose what makes them profiteroles instead of Cream Puffs is the lack of cream and abundance of ice cream, different flavors too!
So much fun! I made them for a Christmas party I am attending tonight.
Will have pictures in the morning. Check back.
